DCMS is made available to the customer “As Is”, so while Dansoft will strive to respond to issues promptly and resolve customer issues as best it can, it will bear no obligation to resolve any such issues, and will bear no liability for failing to do so to the customer’s satisfaction, nor for any damages that may result from system malfunction or lack of suitability to the customer’s needs.
Customer support is provided by Dansoft’s Help Desk team, using remote support software, or onsite if the customer requires an onsite visit at a per diem and travel reimbursement charges.
One-off restore of previous data from recent backups may be provided from time to time in case of special needs of customer.
At no extra charge, our help desk team assists in setting up user privileges in Profiles aligned with their job descriptions so as to ensure proper controls are maintained, assisting in fixing minor problems such as when worker contracts are accidentally entered incorrectly, or in key accounting processes such as closing year end accounts.
When system customizations or improvements are requested, these are discussed with the help desk team who also serve as business analysts, and in turn they liaison with the programmers when they are required.

Agro Management system
Accurate definitions and maps of fields and greenhouses, by beds, varieties and irrigation sections.A detailed daily registry of labour and material; single data-entry is used by all subsystems
including payroll. Daily Work records may be read from an electronic clocking system, provided
the information is available in fixed column ASCII format, bearing daily hours, worker payroll
number, job code and department to be debited.

Information and data security are the most critical issues in an organization. As
part of a DCMS implementation, Dansoft will provide consulting related to data
security, theft prevention, auditing and physical security. Dansoft’s broad
experience base, expertise in software and related electronics such as electronic
identification, enables us to provide an overall security solution. The DCMS
packages have various security features, visible and available according to various
configuration and user security levels.

Enables tracking of customer orders as they transform into deliveries, e.g. – packing
lists, generation of ad-hoc packing lists, through proforma invoices, commercial invoices, returns,
payments etc.

Integrated with the Production system to read the daily activities of workers and
automatically produce pay-slips according to a multitude of options, including absence penalties and
various bonus schemes.

Accounting Module:
The comprehensive Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) are
integrated with the operational sub-ledgers, with the cash book and with the general ledger. The Chart
of Accounts (COA) is designed to suit small as well as complex organizations, with inherent rollup
and drill down capabilities. Multiple budgets, budget-to-actual, cost-profit centres, reporting by
currency chosen ad-hoc, are just some of the capabilities of DCMS financial system.

Banking
Includes multiple bank accounts, multiple currencies, automated foreign exchange rate
adjustments, cash-book and petty-cash management, cheques, and bank remittance notes. Its electronic
data-exchange capabilities include reading electronic bank statements and providing electronic
payment instructions. It includes various other features and modules such as a comprehensive account
reconciliation module, reconciling between bank statements and books kept in DCMS.

Fixed Assets Register
Integrated with the Warehouse Module and Accounting systems, with
automatic monthly posting of depreciation in the ledgers and other normal features of a fixed assets
